What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and engaging with top-tier Life Sciences professionals through headhunting, networking, and referrals.
• Working closely with experienced consultants to match candidates to roles with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
• Learning the fundamentals of 360 recruitment, preparing you for a promotion to Associate Consultant.
• Building relationships with industry professionals and growing your market expertise.
• Developing the skills to eventually lead and mentor your own team.
