The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Sussex team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process end-to-end. From sourcing top talent to placing them in roles that shape the future of life sciences, you’ll make a tangible impact on clients and candidates alike. You’ll work closely with companies to understand their needs, identify the best talent in the market, and help professionals take the next step in their careers.

Your Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in the life sciences sector.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunities.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact to negotiating offers.
• Achieving individual and team targets by placing candidates in key roles.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice and insights to clients.
• Leveraging tools, networks, and industry events to discover and attract top talent.
