The Role

Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across various Life Science sectors Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates Managing the full 360 recruitment process Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies

Experience & Attributes

12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry Target-driven and self-motivated with innate resilience Strong negotiation skills Proficient mathematical capability
