S3 Science is looking for an outgoing, confident and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to be based at its office near Westerham, Kent.

EXPECTATIONS:

• 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree
• Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
• Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient mathematical capabilites

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
• Researching roles
• Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
• Providing well-briefed and well-matched short-lists to your clients
• Running your own team of highly skilled temps and contractors
