S3 Science is looking for an outgoing, confident and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to be based at its office near Westerham, Kent.

EXPECTATIONS:
- 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree
- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient mathematical capabilites

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
- Researching roles
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
- Providing well-briefed and well-matched short-lists to your clients
- Running your own team of highly skilled temps and contractors
