What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with high-level candidates—from entry-level specialists to C-suite executives.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
• Developing expertise in the Life Sciences market to provide clients with strategic hiring solutions.
• Working towards fast-track promotions into team leadership and management.
